Christopher Cogan Christopher Cogan began his career in real estate, development and construction nearly 30 years ago. A graduate of Rollins College with degrees in Economics and Environmental Studies, Mr. Cogan established Cogan Realty to engage in residential and commercial real estate and development projects that compliment and improve the character of their surrounding areas.

Early projects include Bowen Place Condominiums and Del Maria; both residential developments that Mr. Cogan took over from lenders that had foreclosed on the original developers. Chris turned the projects around, completed construction with a focus on quality in every detail and guided each through successful marketing of the finished homes.

Over the years, Cogan has built a solid reputation for providing dependable quality and efficient services on every project regardless of scope or size. He is recognized as an industry expert and technical innovator and has consulted on design and construction matters for entities such as the international law firm of Jones, Day, Reavis and Pogue, New York. In addition, he has published articles on the topic of project management and was awarded the Blue Chip Enterprise Award by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for success in the face of adversity.

His sterling reputation has helped foster a notable list of customers nationwide. Cogan has provided services to national companies such as Avis Rent-A-Car, Marriott Hotels, Prudential Healthcare, and Papa John’s International.

Curt Cogan Curt Cogan has been actively involved in all aspects of real estate and development for over 15 years. Curt began working in the real estate and development division of his family’s business while attending Bellarmine College in Louisville, Kentucky. After graduating with a BA degree in Business Administration, Curt moved to Florida and joined his brother, Chris, at Cogan Realty.

His vast experience ranges from ground up construction of custom-built residences to the complete renovation and interior construction of landmark hotel and commercial properties. Curt’s listing and sales have included a 6-million dollar waterfront estate, $100,000 condominiums, and everything in between including award winners from the Parade of Homes, and million dollar short sales.

Cogan Realty holds a Florida Real Estate Broker’s License and Class A, Certified General Contractor’s License.
